3. How to activate DumpMedia Playlist Transfer?

Launch the software and log in to the account center with your license code and email address. After successfully logging in, select "Tool > Playlist Transfer" in the account center.

4. What platforms does DumpMedia support?

DumpMedia supports all major streaming services, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Line Music, SoundCloud, and Pandora.

5. Will all playlists transfer over perfectly?

Most of the time, yes. DumpMedia uses a smart matching system to find the same or similar songs across platforms. While rare, some tracks may be unavailable on your new service and won’t transfer.

6. How long does a playlist transfer take?

It depends on the size of your playlists and the speed of your internet connection, but most playlist transfers take just a few minutes.

No! We are just copying your music to the new platform. We do not change or delete anything on the source platform.

9. Transfer's completed, but songs do not appear in a destination streaming service

Firstly, please make sure that a transfer is fully completed and that there are not any songs under the "missing" and "failed" tabs. If so, please log out from your account directly in the destination streaming platform. Next, re-login, and the transfer should be shown. However, if they are still invisible, then please contact us at support@dumpmedia.com.

10. Does it work with free Spotify accounts?

Spotify Premium is not required, therefore you can create a music transfer even if you use Spotify Free.

11. Why isn't my subscription showing up in the account center?

The web-based account center and the in-app account system are managed separately. The subscription status shown in the member center is not the only indicator of your license validity. Even if the subscription does not currently appear in your account page, it does not affect the validity of your active license. Your license key has already been issued and sent to your registered email address once the order has been successfully processed. Once the license key is activated in the software, the subscription becomes effective immediately. If you encounter any account-related issues, please contact us.

12. How can I get the registration code after purchase?

Usually, the registration code is sent automatically to your email address within minutes after purchase. If you don’t receive it after 6 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.Still missing? Contact our support team (support@dumpmedia.com) with your order details — we’ll resend it right away.

13. What should I do if I lose my registration code?

No worries! Simply contact our support team with the order ID and the email address you used for the purchase. We’ll help you retrieve or reissue your license quickly.
