help prevent emails from being
filtered. If you still do not receive it within 48 hours, your purchase may have been
completed with an incorrect email address. In this case, please get in touch with our
support team with your payment or order details so we can assist you.
License Key Not Found: Please ensure that the license key is entered exactly as
provided in your confirmation email. Copying and pasting the key is recommended to avoid
typing errors. Also, a license purchased for Windows cannot be used on a Mac (or vice
versa). Please ensure you select the correct version for your operating system. If the
problem persists, contact our support team with your license and order details.
License Key Key Exceeded: If you see a "Key has been exceeded" message, it means the
license key has already been used on the maximum number of devices allowed (typically one
device per license). You may reset the device binding in the application or contact our
support team to release the key for use on a different device.
Transferring the License Key: License keys can be transferred from one device to
another (while keeping the same OS) if the previous device is deactivated. Use the device
reset function in the application or contact support for assistance with transferring your
license.
Retention of License: Keep your license key and order confirmation in a safe place.
Lost keys can be retrieved, but having your original order information speeds up support.
