When will I receive the license code after purchasing a product?

To buy a product, you need to go to the Store page and choose the product you want. Select "Buy Now" > "Add to Cart" and finished the steps required. You will then receive an email with the register code included once you've purchased successfully.

I purchase the wrong product accidentally. Can I exchange it for the right one?

Yes, you can. First, you need to uninstall the wrong product and send us an email with your complete order information and the right product you are intended to buy. Then we'll exchange the right one for you. If the correct one is cheaper than the wrong one, we'll not refund the price difference. But if the correct one is more expensive, then you need to pay the difference in price.

How to confirm that my order is processed successfully or not?

After your payment is finished, all detailed product information, including Order ID, Email Address and Registration code will be sent by the payment platform shortly. Please check both inbox and the spam folder to see if the auto-generated email is marked as spam.

I did not receive license code after my purchase. Why?

If you have ordered successfully but have not received the registration e-mail after 12 hours, please contact us via support@dumpmedia.com for further assistance and tell us your Order Number and registration email address.

What to do if the registration code id invalid?

  • First confirm that the product you are trying to register is the one you've purchased.
  • Make sure that you've entered every letter of your registration code correctly, and no space is allowed. Don't leave any space before registration code and email address in registration box.
  • Don't mix up the product version. There're Windows and Mac version separately which is totally different.

Can I use the program on another computer if I purchase single license?

No. One license code is for one computer only. If you want to get addition licenses for more than one computer, then contact us. We'll offer you a multi-license discount.

What can I do if the license code is lost or forgotten?

I cannot download program from your website. How to fix it?

  • Make sure that your internet connection is working properly.
  • Try to download the software with a different browser.
  • Make sure that you have not blocked pop-up windows from your browser. Or remove this website link out of your pop-up blocker exception list.
  • Disable your security software temporarily until you've completed downloading.
