1. What's the limitation of a free trial version?

With the free trial version, you can only convert 2 full audiobooks from Audible. To convert more audiobooks without any limitations, you will need to register and activate the full version of the software.

3. Where can I get the registration code after purchasing the software?

The moment you have ordered our product, an email with your registration code will be sent to your email address via our system. After getting the registration code, you can copy and paste the code to get your converter registered. If you failed to find the code, please check your SPAM folder. Besides, if you still fail to find out, please wait with patience for the delay of the Internet or system glitches.

If you have not received this email within 24 hours after purchase, it usually indicates that the email address entered at the time of purchase may have been incorrect.

To help us locate your order and assist you further, could you please provide the following information:

Order number (if available)

Transaction ID or payment reference

Payment method used

The email address you may have used during purchase

Screenshot of the payment confirmation (if possible)

Once we verify your order, we will be able to help correct the email address and resend the license key so you can activate the product.

4. Why isn't my subscription showing up in the member center?

The web-based member center and the in-app account system are managed separately. The subscription status shown in the member center is not the only indicator of your license validity. Even if the subscription does not currently appear in your account page, it does not affect the validity of your active license. Your license key has already been issued and sent to your registered email address once the order has been successfully processed. Once the license key is activated in the software, the subscription becomes effective immediately. If you encounter any account-related issues, please contact us.

5. How long does it take to convert my audiobook?

6. Can I use one license on multiple devices?

No. One license can be activated on one computer at a time. Also, each license key can only be used on the device's OS specified in the purchase.
