Eligibility for Refunds
DumpMedia is committed to providing software that meets your needs. Refunds may be considered under the
following conditions:
- Purchased the wrong product by mistake: If you bought the wrong product and purchased the correct
one
within 30 days, we can offer a refund for the incorrect purchase.
- Duplicate or overlapping purchases: If you bought the same product twice, or purchased two
products with
similar functions by mistake, we can refund the duplicated purchase.
- Never received license key/registration code: If you did not receive your license key and there
was no
response from our support team within 5 working days after your inquiry, we can issue a refund if
requested.
- Software with unresolvable technical issues: If the purchased software has terminal technical
problems,
and no solution is available within 30 days, you may request a refund if you do not wish to wait for a

devices/Conflicts with third-party software/Network or environment problems outside our control
- Improper activation or user error: Using a license code for a different product/Entering the

- Product does not meet customer expectations due to a misunderstanding: Customers are strongly
encouraged to read the product description carefully and try the free trial before purchase to avoid
dissatisfaction or buying the wrong product.
- Change of mind: Refunds requested simply because the customer changed their mind or provides no
reason are not eligible, except for cases covered under trial evaluation or duplicate purchase policies.
- Lost license due to user negligence: Refunds will not be issued for lost license keys if the user
fails to keep purchase details or the registered email safe. Please contact us to retrieve your license
key.
- License/confirmation email not received, but retrievable: Occasionally, delivery may be delayed
due to internet or system issues, spam filters, or incorrect email entry. In such cases, customers
should retrieve their license code via the DumpMedia
Support Center. The support team will respond
within 1–5 working days.
- Purchase of the wrong product without exchange: If you bought the wrong product and did not
exchange it for the correct product within the refund guarantee period, a refund will not be issued.
Discounts may be offered toward purchasing the correct product.
- Purchase of similar or duplicate products from other providers: Refunds are not available if the
customer purchased a similar product from another company and requests a refund from DumpMedia. Orders
made through third-party resellers are subject to the reseller’s refund policy, not DumpMedia’s.
- Fraud or unauthorized payment: If you suspect credit card fraud or unauthorized payment, contact
your card issuer immediately. DumpMedia will cooperate with investigations, but does not automatically
refund in such cases.
- Subscription renewal disputes: Requests for refunds on auto-renewed subscriptions due to personal
reasons (e.g., “I didn’t know it was renewed”) are not eligible. Subscriptions can be canceled at any
time prior to the renewal date to prevent future charges. To cancel a subscription, you can follow the
instructions in the invoice email you received or contact our support team to get help.
- Changes in Streaming Services: DumpMedia software relies on third-party streaming services for
certain features. If a service changes its policies, access restrictions, or account status, and this
prevents the software from functioning as intended, refunds will not be provided. For example, if you
cancel your Apple Music subscription, your music library on Apple Music will be removed, and DumpMedia
cannot detect your library data. This situation can result in conversion failure.
- Partial Consumption of Subscription Period: For subscription plans, refunds do not cover time
already used in the current billing period. Additionally, if you cancel your subscription before the
next billing cycle, the remaining unused time will also not be refunded.
- Promotional or Discounted Purchases (unless otherwise specified): Certain promotions, bundle
deals, or discounted products may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly indicated on the product
page. Price differences for discounted or promotional purchases will not be refunded.
- Regional price differences: Price differences between regions or between DumpMedia and other
companies do not qualify for a refund.
- Tax-related refund requests: Refunds for tax differences due to varying policies across countries

Technical Circumstances
- Minor bugs or issues addressed in updates: Refunds are not available for minor errors or
inconveniences that can be resolved with a software update.
- Outdated Software: Refunds will not be provided if the customer does not install available

- No Software Defect: Refunds are not applicable when no technical issues or defects are found in

- Lack of Cooperation: If a customer requests a refund for a technical issue but refuses to
cooperate with the DumpMedia support team, such as by not providing detailed descriptions, screenshots,
log files, or other requested information, or refuses to try the solutions offered, the refund will not
be granted.
