6. Why isn't my subscription showing up in the member center?

The web-based member center and the in-app account system are managed separately. The subscription status shown in the member center is not the only indicator of your license validity. Even if the subscription does not currently appear in your account page, it does not affect the validity of your active license. Your license key has already been issued and sent to your registered email address once the order has been successfully processed.
